After receiving this excel file, you will need to do the following in order to obtain the finished product bid sheets for use at your event:
1) Customize the GROUP NAME in the excel file - Click on the cell C4 (which says YOUR GROUP NAME) and type in your group's name.
2) Customize the GROUP LOGO in the excel file - Click on each of the sample logos on the document and press 'delete' on your keyboard to remove them. Open your group's logo file, select it and then copy/paste into the excel file. Resize/move the pasted logo clip accordingly into each of the 2 logo spaces, to the left of the group name.
3) Save your updated file as PDF format.
4) Submit the PDF file to a local printer and request either duplicate or triplicate carbonless forms on 8.5 x 11" size paper, cut in half vertically. You will get 2 bid sheets per each 8.5 x 11" piece of paper so be sure to calculate your order accordingly (ie. If you need 100 bid sheets, you need to order 50 pieces, cut in half).
5) Complete 1 bid sheet for each item available for bid within your silent auction event.
